A new approach to ERC-6551

Agent’s technology is powered by the ERC-6551 standard. Most of its applications focus on adding utility to NFTs. ERC-6551 enables ERC-721s to hold ERC-20 and 721 tokens and interact with dApps just like an EOA (e.g., MetaMask, Rabby).

Agent expanded on this concept and approached it as a core DeFi primitive that allows addresses, accounts, reputation and future rewards to be tradable. It enables a market to form around blockchain addresses without requiring users to expose and compromise private keys in an insecure manner.
